There are four levels of engagement on the Interkannections team:

• Principals have helped create Interkannections technology, and are in charge of business operations in their specific region
• Certified coaches, consultants, facilitators & trainers (CCFTs) are fully certified to use Interkannections technologies (and in some cases have helped create them)
• Partners are proven change leaders, have completed the basic Leading Evolutionary Change module, and are working with the Interkannections team on key projects
• Associates have worked with Interkannections on past projects and/or are proven change leaders whose mission, approach and technologies compliment Interkannections
