BackgroundNorio serves as Principal for Interkannections in Japan as well as a certified coach, consultant, facilitator and trainer (CCFT). He is one of the co-founders of the company. He also serves as Director of Integral Japan and as a board member for the Japanese Mental Health Network with whom he is currently conducting an ITP. Norio was the leader of an independent Ken Wilber study group while attaining his Ph.D., and lived in San Francisco for 10 years. EducationNorio holds an M.A. in East-West Psychology and a Ph.D. in Humanities from the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS). He also has a B.A. in Psychology from St. Martin’s College. He is certified in Spiral Dynamics integral (SDi) Level 1 and Level 2 (Personal Emergence), completing his certification in Susann Cook-Greuter’s Maturity Assessment Profile (formerly Leadership Development Profile) and has considerable experience with Robert Kegan’s Subject-Object Interview. LanguagesJapanese (native), English (near-native). Personal DevelopmentNorio practices an ITP composed of meditation, reading, writing, transformational imagery, weight-training, and running.
