Background

Nobuo Fujitsuka worked as an H.R. manager for 18 years both in Japanese and several companies with foreign capital affiliation. During this time, he had broad experiences  including management of HRD, recruiting, performance management and compensation benefit schemes. He currently works with a diverse group of domestic and foreign-affiliated companies across a number of industries. He specializes in helping domestic organizations be globally competitive and helping foreign affiliated companies successfully integrate operations in Japan.

In addition to HR related consulting Nobuo also has extensive experience in leadership program development, coaching and mentoring program creation, new employee onboarding, 360 degree assessment development and implementation, performance assessment system set-up and competency modeling.

Education

Nobuo holds a B.A. in Economics from Meiji Gakuin University and is a certified Global Career Development Facilitator, DiSC Profile Trainer, Harmon Model Trainer and has a Globis Business School CBA.
