BackgroundEric Lynn is an expert cultural integration and organisation development consultant. An experienced process facilitator, he is regularly commissioned by many of the world’s leading corporations to catalyse initiatives involving real change (i.e. actually involving all stakeholders in a continuous evolutionary process driven by business unit leaders). Key components of his work include using a practical, solution-orientation approach to develop strong commitment; real team development; simplifying complex issues; thinking outside the box; innovation; trust-building; accountability; empowerment; and integrity and ethical standards. His motto is: "All results are produced by people." Eric began his training career in 1977, and founded LCT Consultants in 1987, a learning organization committed to supporting corporations develop and manage their contacts with international business partners. He has extensive life and work experience throughout Europe as well as The USA, Canada, New Zealand and Asia (including Japan, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, India). He was based in Germany from 1984 until 2004; travelled extensively in Asia from mid-2004 to early 2006; lived in New Zealand for 6 months until August 2006. Throughout his life he has been living multiculturalism and "change". EducationEric holds a B.Sc. (Econ.) from the London School of Economics and a Postgraduate Certificate of Education from the UK (M.A. equivalent). He is a certified Trainer of Intercultural Communication in Business and Advanced Process Facilitation. He has also attended a number of additional courses and workshops including Introduction to Systemic Organizational Theory, Application of Games in Training, coaching, psychology, large group facilitation methods, and personal development.
