Background

Elizabeth is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of People Dynamics Inc. (PDI); a partner organization of Interkannections Inc. 

Elizabeth is recognized as an international intercultural Master Executive and Mentor Coach, and OD/Strategic Consultant.  She has more than 30 years extensive experience working globally with multinational companies, such as some of the Top 10 Global 500 Companies to Small Medium Enterprises (SME).  She collaborates and partners with clients in the areas of leadership, management, strategy, performance, change, and human potential.  As a result of these collaborative partnerships, her clients have achieved improved integrated systems, structures, and processes; increased profitability; improved efficiencies and quality; in addition to improved growth in management personnel and sustained business results.

Elizabeth studied Business (Marketing Major) and Human Resources Management at York University, and Adult Education and Development at St. Francis Xavier University.  She completed her undergraduate and graduate coaching education and accreditations at The Coaches Training Institute, and the Interdevelopmental Institute.  She has achieved a Master Certified Coach designation from the International Coach Federation (ICF), and is currently completing a Master Certified Developmental Coach graduate program at the Interdevelopmental Institute.  She is an ICF Credentialing Assessor for PCC and MCC coaching accreditation; an elected Board Member of the ICF Ethics Independent Review Board; and the immediate Past President of the ICF Global Virtual Community.  Elizabeth is a Certified Corporate Trainer and Facilitator, and an Adult Educator.  She has taught Business, Human Resources, and Labour Relations programs at the College level.  She is qualified to deliver and interpret psychological assessment tools, tests and programs.

Elizabeth mentors developing coaches, female entrepreneurs, business owners, and human resources professionals.  She is a Board Member of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Prince George; and is a Mentor and Big Sister with Big Brothers Big Sisters.
