Background

Daren serves as an executive coach and consultant for Ikan. He coaches Japanese business leaders and medical practitioners nationwide on leadership, strategy, marketing, communication, and personal development. He is also President of Winery Productions, an international film co-production company that specializes in bridging the business, creative, and network gaps between the Japanese and global film industries. It is the second company that Daren has started and successfully run in Japan. In a past life he worked as a Cellar Master/Sommelier at the infamous Phoenician Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona. Education Daren is a certified Master Sommelier (M.S.) and holds a B.A. in Finance and Japanese from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
