Background

Daren serves as certified coach, consultant, facilitator and trainer (CCFT) for Ikan. He coaches Japanese business leaders on leadership, strategy, marketing, personal and corporate communication, negotiation and personal development. He is also President of Winery Productions, an international entertainment consultancy and TV/film production company that specializes in bridging the business, creative, and network gaps between the Japanese and global film industries. In a past life he worked as a sommelier at the world famous Phoenician Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Daren holds a B.A. in Finance and Japanese from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
