- Global Project Management: Retrained project managers to become global project managers (following a global merger) creating a change from constant fighting to collaboration, systems and processes integration, and cost reduction
- Leadership Pipeline: Installed a leadership pipeline and internal “leadership university” in an acquired firm with “no leadership” resulting in pipeline members matching or exceeding the leadership standards of the owner company within three years
- Leadership University: Created and installed a “leadership university” (complete with internal trainers system) in a organization that allowed it to develop leaders who are producing results equal to its global partner organization
- M&A Integration: Supported a three-party international merger resulting in a reported dramatic increase in “buy-in,” communication, collaboration, performance improvement and stress reduction

Personal Development
Chad’s second vocation is spending time with his wife, daughter, son, and two ferrets (and therefore learning to practice what he preaches around leadership, adaptive change, communication, stakeholder engagement and community-building). He also enjoys meditation, reading, weight-training, and running.
Personal Mission
Catalyzing the creation of “abundant” families, organizations, cities and other communities. "Abundance" means changing from a "scarcity" approach where we cannibalize each other and the planet we and our children depend on, to an "abundance" approach where we create Prosperity, develop People and improve their quality of life, and improve the quality of the natural and built Place in which each of us lives and works through a clear and executed Purpose and Principles of action using an “abundance toolkit.”
