Background

In addition to being the founder of the company, Chad also serves as Director of Program Development and Coach. He has over 10 years of experience in human and organizational development (training, consulting, and coaching), program and project management, and creating and leading initiatives with Fortune 500 companies. He has also worked with the United Nations Centre for Regional Development and helped establish an environmental committee for Mie Prefecture, Japan. Chad currently serves as the Co-Director of Integral Japan and the Japanese node leader for the Center for Human Emergence.

Education

Chad holds a Master's Degree in Intercultural Relations from the Intercultural Communication Institute in Portland Oregon. He is certified in Spiral Dynamics integral (SDi) Level 1 and Level 2 (Natural Designs, Personal Emergence, Applications), Leadership Development Framework and Profile, Cultural Training Tools (Level 1), Negotiations for Strategic Success, Negotiating Intercultural Conflict, Global Executive Coaching, and Advanced Intercultural Training.

Personal Development

Chad’s second vocation is spending time with his wife, daughter, and son. He has a personal development practice that incorporates Taoist energy work, witness meditation, reading, transformational imagery, Hatha Yoga, weight-training, running, and Brazilian Jujitsu.
