We use sustainability assessments like our Sustainable Values Assessment and our Sustainability Scorecard to help you see where your organization or community is in terms of sustainable mindsets and practices. Based on the assessment results, we use the appropriate capacity building technologies to help evolve sustainability minded people throughout your value chain. 

Some of our recent successes include:

Awareness Raising & Best Practice Sharing: Working with the American Chamber of Commerce in Japan we assisted in the creation of a major networking event for over 300 participants. Interkannections helped design, project manage and facilitate the event.

Somatics & Sustainability: We developed and ran a workshop at Antioch University McGregor called Developing Sustainability from the Inside Out helping kickoff a year long series of sustainability events.

Organization Design: Designed the Japanese organizational structure for an international NPO resulting in strong foreign/Japanese communication, pro-activity, innovation and fundraising ability for the organization.

Community Integration: Created and project managed a United Nations’ program that trained government officials to improve environmental conditions while improving living conditions for urban poor. The program resulted in the transformation of an illegal shantytown into a thriving community that rented and renovated polluted land, built houses, found jobs, increased security, and decreased drug use.

Network and Project Creation: Co-created an environmental citizens’ committee that integrated the non-profit organizations and developed environmental initiatives within a Japanese prefecture.

We understand that social, organizational, economic, political and ecological systems are fundamentally about relationships. Relationships between ourselves and other people, as well as between organizations, institutions and the eco-systems from which we all emerge and in which we are all embedded.
