The Leading Evolutionary Change workshop provides a rigorously field-tested and refined operating system (OS) that has produced breakthrough development and sustainability results for leading US, Japanese & European global companies and their leaders as well as NPOs and the UNCRD.

Drawing on best practices and leading theory from Harvard University, the Integral Institute, International Coach Federation Master Certified Coaches, the Intercultural Communication Institute, Somatics and Somatic education and Spiral Dynamics, Leading Evolutionary Change is a three-day intensive that will help you learn and apply this system in personal work and reflection while working with a current change project. This unique and versatile method will enhance your capacity as a coach, consultant, change agent, organizational leader and facilitator and help you begin creating the change our clients, communities, organizations and the world needs.
