To make access to our methods easier, we provide the following certification programs for individuals with an interest in developing leadership capacity and competencies within their organizations or to their own clients. Training-of-Trainers (TOT) ProgramThe purpose of the TOT program is to ensure that your Leadership Development program is self-perpetuating for future generations. The installation of an in-house trainer or training function guarantees that your investment in Leadership Development is protected and will continue to yield returns after the intervention has ended. TOT training ensures that established protocols are continually practiced and supported within the organization. As a result, new entrants become aligned with the strategic intent, the basic mindset and the practices of the organization. Capacity Evolution Coaching CertificationThe Capacity Evolution Coaching Training Program has four levels with CEC1 and CEC2 comprising the foundation of the CEC program. The assumption behind the pedagogic focus of CEC1 and CEC2 is that training participants are not necessarily certified coaches, but have some background and experience with adult learning, training, consulting, facilitation and/or executive coaching. 1. Level 1 – Foundation: The CEC Level 1 “Foundation” is a 24-hour course that introduces participants to Capacity conceptually and experientially. Workshop activities are designed to providethe fastest way to gain a crash course in a distillation of the findings of the past 25 years of human capacity development research. 2. Level 2 – Basics: CEC Level 2 “Basics” is a 64-hour course that prepares participants to become CEC Associates by guiding them in applying the basic tools, process, protocols, core competencies, documents, standards and ethics of CEC. Level 2 provides the participant with a powerful understanding of how to train and consult using CEC as well as roughly assess and support the capacity evolution of coaching clients. 3. Level 3 – Intermediate: The CEC Level 3 “Intermediate” program prepares participants to coach and facilitate using the CEC system. Level 3 builds upon Level 2 by providing an integrated suite of more advanced tools, processes and protocols for assessing clients and organizations and supporting their development. 4. Level 4 – Advanced: CEC Level 4 “Advanced” prepares graduates of CEC Level 3 to become fullycertified Capacity Evolution Master Coaches.
