Interkannections has established a management system to properly handle personal information of customers, web site users, visitors to our event and other clients or potential clients (hereinafter referred to as “You”) that we may engage with in the course of our business.    Interkannections will take appropriate measures when you request us to disclose, correct, delete, or stop providing your own personal information. In such case requests should be made by the affected party himself/ herself.

We will make the utmost effort to maintain the accuracy of your personal information while implementing security measures to ensure safe and secure management of personal information. We will also take reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized accesses to personal information, loss, damage, arbitrary changes, or leak of personal information and make improvements when they are necessary.

Interkannections will comply with legal obligations required by the Protection of Personal Information Act and other legal obligations to ensure implementation of personal information protection.

Interkannections will periodically revisit our management method of personal information and implement improvements.
