Consumption tax. In case of sale of goods, postage and packing is also necessary.

 

6. Payment terms and timing

Payment should be made in advance by bank transfer. Payment deadline is either within one week from the date of application or 2nd latest business day before the first day of the event, whichever the date comes earlier.

 

7. Capacity limitation

Capacity is predetermined for workshops and lectures provided by Interkannections depending on the space of the venue. Please confirm the capacity of the event when you make an application, since it differs event by event. Place will be secured in the sequence of payment confirmation.

 

8. Cancellation

In the case of cancellation of workshops and lectures, the following cancellation policy will apply: 

  • If the cancellation is made up until 28 days prior to the first day of the event: tuition is 100% refunded, less 1,000 yen processing fee;
  • From 27-15 days prior to the first day of the event: tuition is 50% refunded, less 1,000 processing fee; and
  • From 14 days prior to the first day of the event: no refund is available.
