For clients interested in a leadership development program, coaching or consulting needs, an Interkannections representative or team meets you at your office to conduct an in-depth needs assessment and to provide answers your questions.

Step 4: Proposal

Interkannections proposes a customized program, a coaching plan or consulting details that address your specific needs discussed during your needs analysis.

Step 5: Agreement

Establish content and logistical details of the intervention
