  • An individual’s capacity is different from their competencies. Capacities are a person’s stage of Being, while competencies are their skills or technologies for Doing. The Culture of Leadership program aims to cultivate the participants’ leadership capacity to extraordinary levels so as to prepare them for the challenging and atypical situations that increasingly confront business leaders today.
