- “Whole-System Evolution” is the guiding of the entire organization (or a microcosm of the entire organization) through the process of evolving Cultural DNA to new Cultural DNA that fits the new environment.
- “Whole-System Evolution” is different from commonly effective organization development approaches in that it coaches internal members of the organization to lead the process. In this way the organization is, after going through a Training-of-Trainers (TOT) program, able to run the process without relying on an outside consultant.
