How does an intervention "Evolve Value"? Print Email

  • Most organizations and communities know how to analyze their Value Chain, strategically determine how best to contribute to it, obtain value from it, and implement achievable action plans to succeed within it.
  • Leading edge organizations and communities have moved beyond the Value Chain into their non-linear Value Network by creating new markets and niches through building strategic alliances, re-inventing themselves, and setting up internal and industry innovation hubs. Examples include CNN, the Body Shop, Toyota, Wal-Mart, and Intuit (producer of Quicken software).
  • Only a handful of enlightened, global organizations and communities have taken the next step into the vortex of the Value Spiral. The Value Spiral is the next generation of value creation in which the organization or community contributes through massive ripple effects that create such good will among their patrons that communities of patrons become invested in the success of the organization or community. Examples include Hearthstone Homes, Values Centre, and the Integral Institute.
  • An Interkannections intervention leads an organization through these three levels of value creation, thereby evolving the way value is perceived and created in the organization.
