Our methods are based on the results of the past 25 years of research into human capacity development independently conducted by respected researchers in areas of cognitive, consciousness, emotional, ethics, faith, mind and spirit, morality, needs, self-identity, transformation, values and worldview.

We have integrated this knowledge with the latest research in leadership and global management competencies to create our Leadership Stages model:

The Interkannections Leadership Stages

Leadership Stages are the stages of capacity development through which we perceive and act in the world. At each stage, our worldview changes and expands to include all prior stages. This creates a synergy effect to develop a new level of perception, or action logic that translates perception into behavior and action.

At earlier stages we often have difficulty to fully respond to external demands and challenges. Your organization will get the best performance from people by matching, or raising, their capacity to the capacity demands of the role they are required to fulfill. Doing so builds financial, human, and “good-will” capital within your organization.

The following mathematical function helps to explain an A-type individual:

ƒ (A) = A (H, T, I, G, X)

Take a look at our blog for details and discussions about Leadership Stages - www.ikan.biz/blog/

Using this model as a capacity and competency development framework, we help you to accelerate the growth of selected individuals to progressively advanced stages of leadership development. To put it simply, we help you identify and cultivate Extraordinary Leaders who have the capacity to cope methodically and confidently with uncertainty-in any organization!
