We can choose to become leaders of changeby intentionally influencing what we do and how we act in a world of constant change by significantly shifting how we see and perceive.

The Leading Evolutionary Change Program targeted at today's progressive business and community managers and leaders, provides a unique and versatile method to build your capacity and effectiveness to lead change instead of reacting to it in all the varied roles we play in our complex lives. 

Increase your awareness and capability to overcome your organizational challenges; achieve elegant solutions and understand how leveraging the power of the highly interconnected "value web" we live in can enable you to become a powerful leader of change in your work, your environment and your life.

The key objective of this cutting edge leadership program is to lead evolutionary change and get the results that will sustain that which sustains us. This is achieved through a three day experiential, interactive and multi-dimensional program utilizing a personal case study approach.

Program Outcomes

Learn and apply the "Essential Cs" framework which has been developed through helping global organizations overcome challenges andcreate powerful opportunities for effective change. The "Essential Cs" provide a coherent framework and set of tools that accelerates thepractice of generating and leading effective change.

  •  Utilize a set of six competencies in application to a personal work situation you are experiencing.
  •  Acquire additional tools and frameworks for enhancing and improving individual and organisational performance.
  •  Commence a lifelong, iterative process of action, reflection and improvement in leading evolutionary change.
  •  Develop the capacity to act in a world of constant change and learn how to respond creatively to change rather  than  just reacting to it.
  •  Build your leadership capacity to create the results your organisation or community needs to survive and thrive.
